Diplomatic relations is the need of the day for proper working strategies of the states at international level. Main parts of this paper are preamble, four relevant topics, conclusion, suggestions and recommendations and lastly the list of the sources consulted for this article. Preamble deals with importance of the topic, reasons for the selection of this topic, the research riproblem, objectives of the research, literature review, its limitation and its research methodology. Main themes are the diplomatic relations of Muslims with main four believers which are Jews, Christians, margins polytheists. These relations have duel dimensions in their relation to Muslims, i.e. before and after their conversion to Islam. The research have been conducted keeping in view the teachings of Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and a practical model has been suggested for the modern Islamic states to apply the Prophet’s Seerah to develop their relations with other non Muslim states. The conclusion and the recommendations portion provide the practical lines for the development and continuation of such relations
