By using the site you agree that Aqlam is a library and catalogue, not a mufti and not a host of every file on the web.

Catalogue and files

Cataloguing is not a licence to redistribute. A cover, title, and description may exist without a file. We host a copy only for heritage, author upload, or explicit permission. Archive and YouTube links are discovery. Telegram stays admin-only.

Accounts and contributions

Contributions and sale requests are reviewed before they go public. Do not invent a price, a sanad, or a quotation. We may refuse or remove material that breaks rights or misleads the reader.

Ijaza and questions

Finishing a lesson or book opens a request only. A traditional ijaza is never granted automatically. Question pages show collated printed lines or attributed official wording; Aqlam does not issue a ruling.

Aqlam catalogues titles, metadata, and public source links for review. We do not claim ownership of files that remain at their source. Upon a valid, substantiated rights claim we remove the link or page promptly. To request removal, use the contribute form or contact the editors.
